Greetings, Pastors Andrew and Sue Owen. Have attempted to contact you more than once, but something has prevented this previously. Maybe the timing was wrong. I have had a talk with my Pastor since I attended Surge 17. I knew the Holy spirit was calling me to attend and when Pastor John Glass called forth Heralds after prayer and pondering I responded and believe met with Pastor from India having difficulty spelling his name, (whatever I type there is a red line underneath.) I shared with him that when sailing with O.M. HM LOGOS II .(Now no longer) as we sailed into ST Domingo in 1996 the memory of the Herald on the waterfront has stayed with me and came again as Pastor John Glass spoke at Surge 17. I enjoy sharing The Good News with people as I am prompted.
I have been out to India for about 6 weeks when I was health visiting in Sunderland Tyne Wear . Two of us who trained as R.G.N. at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, went out to visit a Colleague who we had trained with who had been awarded by Our Queen for services to the Indian people. So we went to be with her before she retired from the Tilda Hospital.
I have always wanted to go to Bible College and looked at the Elim Bible college when undertaking my hospital administrative certificate in London in the past, and attended a week there I attended All nations Bible College on my return from helping to teach English In China to look at Buddhism from a Christian Perspective around 2004 and also joined them to look at the Islamic Faith.
I looked at your prospectus when i was at Surge 17 and was invited to investigate it more. It was not that I was then 81 years ,but did not have a witness in my spirit. I enjoy and am blessed when you are ministering both of you and your musical ministry Pastor sue. I listen to you both on T.B.N. both of you over and over again it is so rich. my note taking is not good. Praise the Lord for the use of the God given gift of Tongues. More then once when you have invited someone listening to come to College or return Pastor Sue , I have sensed a witness in my spirit. The question is for what course.? Recently when you mentioned that you taught on Nehemiah in the second term there was a powerful “yes” in my spirit. Am I right in thinking that might be in 2019 January? Would it be possible to attend and would there be accommodation on campus, what would be the fees. I was out in Jerusalem Jordan as and Ophthalmic sister and so I love the middle East.
I am mobile but slower. DV 83 in November.
I know you have on line teaching but being present with other students is rewarding.
Joel Austin this morning said “If you are in a mess” ask the Lord for help. So I have done, as having traveled much there is much to discard
Would value the prayers of the praying4U team. Also as I have downloaded Your Principals Welcome and other information would value your thoughts. Is it possible to have access to your past teaching or praying. ?
These days I am a member of New Springs City Church Sunderland Tyne Wear.
I will tell my pastor Nathan Weaver that I have made contact. I have known him for 3 years previously I worshiped in the same building Then Monkwearmouth Christian Fellowship . Elizabeth Hope, Wood
