This innovative, life-changing and dynamic course is designed to combine essential biblical studies and doctrines with a wide range of practical topics all taught by current practitioners. Weekly Schedule

Classes take place one day a week on Fridays from 9am to 4:15pm at Destiny College building on 70 Cathedral Street, Glasgow, G4 0RD.

Each day starts with praise and worship, a word of encouragement and prayer. Students take turns to lead this moment.

You will need to factor in time for personal study and completing assignments. During your time on the course you are required to serve on team in your local church and attend a small group. There will be some other occasional conferences and events outside of this schedule which will be outlined at the start of the course.

Evangelism & Mission Trips

Throughout the year, students will be involved with outreach meetings and mission trips. These are overseen by an experienced practitioner, who provides wisdom, understanding and encouragement to enable students grow in this area.

The mission trips are a time to practically outwork classroom learning, deepen friendships, and visit exciting new places.

Entry Requirements

No formal qualifications are required; however, we do ask for the following:

Two acceptable references.
A clear statement and experience of personal faith in Jesus Christ.
Commitment to the study programme.
Being prepared to serve on team in the local church.
Openness to change and growth, through discipleship.
The maturity with which to handle the course.
A minimum age of 17 at the start of the course.
A financial plan to cover college fees, missions trips and living expenses.

Course Fee

The course tuition fee is £1650. There are different payment options available and these will be discussed during your interview.

Please note the tuition fee does not include costs associated with mission trips. In 2027, we expect the cost of one week, European Mission Trip to be around £600 per person (covering flights, accommodation, travel in the country of mission and basic food).

Jobs and Further Study

This course may lead to a role within a church or ministry setting and students who complete Certificate in Christian Leadership course might be invited to study Diploma in Ministry, a course that is available by invitation only.
